Welcome to ARCHON ASSOCIATES. We are proud to have grown up as a construction company, thriving over decade by aggressively pursuing the most interesting and challenging construction projects - large and small - and by guaranteeing results.

Construction business is always challenging. It is required to implement works overcoming numerous challenges in new sites located in infrastructural least developed and undeveloped areas. But ARCHON team and it’s workers never give up in front of any challenges. The endless courage, restless labor and utmost sincerity of the Archon’s workforce played a key role in achieving the success. I thank them.

This adventure sets us on a unique path that the people who work here truly trust each other and believe in very open and mutual accountability. Where most of the larger construction companies depend on systems and policies as the backbone of their management, at ARCHON we rely on our people - pure and simple - and we give them the freedom to think hard about what our clients need to succeed. All the authority they need to deliver this success in an atmosphere of mutual respect and trust. Of course we sometimes fail, but then we learn, and then we get right back at it. Finally, this place is a hive of entrepreneurial activity. We constantly embrace new ideas, and every year we create several new business ventures. ARCHON always tries to collect and adopt new technology in its work. ARCHON has been rewarded by the clients many times always inspire to do excellent and quality work.

ARCHON has set the goal to grab the big construction projects and to invest in new domains of businesses for next few years. I feel the need to increase organizational capacity, more use of modern sophisticated technologies, and the dedication to achieve the goal. I hope the team ARCHON will work with spontaneous co-operation as same as it did before will create more new success stories in future.
